RF MEASUREMENT BENCH
VNA-based S-parameter, return-loss, insertion-loss, impedance and matching measurements up to 14 GHz support antennas, filters, couplers and RF/microwave prototype evaluation. DSO and regulated bench instruments assist bring-up, debugging and validation.

PCB PROTOTYPE WORKFLOW
Gerber/CAM and DFM review, UV imaging, conveyor chemical etching, 60,000 rpm precision CNC drilling and routing, prototype tinning, manual assembly and electrical testing.

ENGINEERING Design & ANALYSIS
Integrated electromagnetic, circuit, thermal and multiphysics analysis supports RF design, power electronics, PCB development, manufacturability review and prototype validation before fabrication.

ASSEMBLY & VALIDATION
Manual prototype assembly, inspection, controlled power-up, functional debugging and documented acceptance criteria.

MPCVD ENGINEERING
Engineering and process support for 2.45 GHz/915 MHz microwave-plasma reactors, EM/thermal/plasma modelling, recipe review and troubleshooting.
